Background
I hail from the Midwest and have called Charlotte, NC my home since 2002. I hold a Bachelor of Science from Ball State University, a certificate in executive coaching and Master of Science in Organization Development from Queens University, a certificate from the Prosci Change Management Learning Center, am a Certified Lean Six Sigma Green Belt Professional and a Board Certified Coach (BCC).
I have been leading change, teams, and the development of individuals and groups in both the professional setting and the not-for-profit world for 20 years. I entered the field of organization development with a particular interest in social change. I am currently an HR practitioner of organization design and development specializing in talent management and change management at a Fortune 100 company in Charlotte, NC. I am involved in the Charlotte OD community of practice and the Charlotte chapters of the International Coach Federation and the International Society of Performance Improvement. I also find great enjoyment singing with Festival Singers, the chamber ensemble of Carolina Voices, and serving as chair of its board of directors.
